  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside personally upon my Cure, & in my Vicarage-House at St Mary-Church.

  2. Other benefices: I have no other.

  3. Divine service at other churches: At no other.

  4. Frequency of divine service: I have three Churches under one Presentation viz St Mary Church Kingskerswell & Coffinswell. I read Prayer twice & preach once at St Mary-Church; And at Kingskerswell I read Prayers & preach once, on every Lords Day. The Sermon is preached in each Church morning & afternoon alternately. Divine Service [with] a sermon, is performed on every Lords Day at Coffinswell by the Revnd Mr Walter Kitson.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times in a year. I have about 90 Communicants at St Mary Church. About 40 at Kingskerswell. And Mr Kitson he has about 20 at Coffinswell.

  6. Catechising of children: On every Sunday from Whitsuntide to Michaelmas.

  7. Church fabric: The Churches & Chancels in good Repair, & the Church Yard well kept. And all Things decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: No Terriers. I have about two Acres of Land adjoining to the vicarage House including a Garden. A Cottage at Kingskerswell lett at forty Shillings a year. Likewise a Cottage at Coffinswell lett at 20 Shillings a year.

  9. Number of families: I have 140 Families at St Mary Church. 115 at Kingskerswell. And 30 at Coffinswell. Two Persons that keep House & upwards I reckon a Family.

  10. Chapels: I have no Chapel in my Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: One Woman - a reputed Papist at Kingskerswell. A Methodist Meeting-House in St Mary Church Richard Wilkings the teacher - a Carpenter. A Presbyterian Meeting-House at Kingskerswell; but no service has been performed in it for four years last past.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: Forty Shillings <a year> left for teaching ten poor Children to read - duly applied. No Alms-House, Hospital or parochial Library.

  13. Charity: Dwelling House & 4 acres & half of Land were left for the uses your Lordship will see in the Copy of the Will inclosed. [The] Donation is inadequate to the uses intended. But the Trustees are resolved, if possible, to get possession of the Estate, in order to fulfil the Intention of the Testatrix as far as the Income of it will permit. They have hitherto been kept out of it by a Person who I believe has not the least Right or Title to it. The House is fallen down.
